Q. How do I book an appointment?

Q. Where are you located?
We are located at 2801 N Martin Street inside the WagonWorks building, Suite 119B.
Q. How much do your services cost?
The cost of each service varies. Click "Book Now" to see the cost of the service you'd like to book.
Q. Can I bring children/other people to my appointment?
No one is permitted in the salon aside from those receiving a service.
Q. How long does it take?
Each service takes a specific amount of time that you can see when you click "Book Now" to book your service.
Q. Is hair included?
Hair is included for some services. If hair is included with your service, the description of the service will say so.
Q. Do you accept children?
We accept minor clients beginning at age 13.
Q. Is there a beauty supply store near you?
Yes, there are several beauty supply stores within 3 miles of our location. However, we recommend that you purchase your supplies from a Black Owned BSS prior to your arrival.
Q. What kind of hair should I buy?
The type of hair that you'll need is listed in the description of your service. Simply click the "info" button.
Q. Can you braid short hair?
Ideally, your hair should be 3-4 inches from root to tip. However, there are certainly exceptions to this suggestion. Please contact us with more information about your unique situation before booking.
Q. Can I get a protective style if I'm allergic to synthetic hair?
Yes! There are lots of antibacterial hair brands on the market these days. Visit your local Black Owned BSS to purchase.
Q. Is a shampoo included in my service?
A shampoo is not included in most services due to time constraints with protective styling. You're welcome to add that service from our menu by clicking "Book Now'.
Q. Can I book multiple services at once?
Yes! We welcome multi-booking.
Q. Should I get a trim before protective styling?
Treatments and trims prior to protective styling are generally recommended. Be sure to consult your stylist!
Q. How should I prepare for my appointment?
Your hair should be clean, dry, and free of debris. Light moisturizer is permitted.
